Use this guide to register a single institution on MentrixOS.com
The Single Institution setup is the standard, self-service way to get started with MentrixOS if your organization operates as one school, college, training centre, or similar institution. It lets you create your MentrixOS account, configure your organization, and start using the platform in just a few minutes — no enterprise onboarding required.

Choose Single institution Setup if your organization is one of the following:

Before You Begin
Prepare the following information before starting your registration

💳Payment method (if selecting a paid subscription)
Step-by-Step Signup Process
Follow these steps to create your Standalone MentrixOS account.
Step 1: Open the Signup Page
Go to the MentrixOS.com signup page and click Create Account
Expected Result: The signup form opens and asks you to choose your setup type
Step 2 :Select Institute/Organization Type
From the list of setup types, choose institute/Organization
Expected Result : The form proceeds to school subtype selection
Step 3: Select Institute/Organization Sub-Type
Choose the sub-type that best matches your institution.
Expected Result: The form moves to the school details sectio
Step 4: Enter Institution Basic Details
Fill in your school's official Institutional details requested
Required details:
🏫 Institution Name
✨ Tagline (Optional)
🌐 Domain
📧 Owner Email Address
📱 Owner Contact Number
Expected Result: Your school profile is saved and the form proceeds to admin details
Step 5: Enter Admin Details
Provide the primary administrator's information.
Required details:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Expected Result: Admin contact details are recorded for verification and future communication.
Step 6 : Configure Logo and Theme
Setup your Institute Logo and Theme
Expected result : Logo and theme settings apply across web and mobile app.
Step 7 : Enter Pysical Address
Enter Pysical address of your Institution.
Expected result : Address enter correctly and Accepted by System
Step 8 : Tearms and Conditions
Read and accept the Terms of Service carefully.

Expected Result: Terms and condition, readed and aceepted sucessfully.
Step 9 : Module setup
Select requred module for your institution.

Step 10 : Select a Subscription or Free Trial
Choose the plan that best fits your institution.

Step 10: Launch and Activate
Select Launch or Activate to complete the setup.
( Review all information entered during registration.)

Common Signup Issues
| Issue | Possible Cause | Solution |

| 🚫 Unable to continue | A required field is missing | Complete all required fields marked with * and try again. |
| 📧 Email address already in use | An account already exists with this email. | Sign in using the existing account or use a different email address. |

| 🚀 Workspace wasn't created | Signup could not be completed successfully. | Review all information and submit the signup form again. |
